Keep your homes exterior looking new
Maintaining your homes exterior should be a homeowners #1 priority. Brand new Hardie fiber cement siding will require less maintenance than wood or engineered siding, but not all home owners are looking for a full siding replacement. We recommend maintaining wood or Masonite siding every 5-10 years, and Hardie fiber cement siding should be maintained every 15-20 years.
What does Maintenance include?
All exterior maintenance projects will include caulking and resealing your homes exterior, and painting. Common areas that will likely require resealing are; windows, doors, fasteners, and butt-joints. Siding repair or replacement will likely be necessary for homes that have not been maintained often.
